CHARMACEUTICAL CARE
The embryo – the first stage of development of a life, it must rely on the mother’s supply of nutrients for its growth. Habits and lifestyles of the mother’s, including her emotions and desires, will transmit through the umbilical cord, where the embryo has no choice but to receive all that transmitted.
The maternal body is restrained by any external forces and controls our appearance and behavious in life.
In most cases, the mother is subjected to the living environment she lives in, dealing with constraints which intertwined with or without human society, consciously or unconsciously.
To get to the bottom of the truth, an independent individual who is emerging and formed gradually, is however formed and constrained by previous collective framework before he/she was born, all of these are passed on in the name of love.
Through this art installation, I explore the way how things are intertwined extensively, investigate whether decisions I made is guided by the others, thus inviting you all to participate in this setup to explore this topic with me.
Making a choice is not difficult, the difficulty is to understand why we made it.
